HeatBae is TGA certified and CE marked. Our device has an automatic shut down design avoiding potential accidents even if you fall asleep. HeatBae automatically shuts down after 30 mins of use if you would like to continue using it just turn the device back on. 

Great question. HeatBae is a non-invasive, drug-free pain-management solution that has undergone clinical testing. It is also CE marked. The risk of adverse side effects is considered low.

Firstly- Congratulations! Unfortunately, we can’t recommend the use of HeatBae to anyone who is currently pregnant. Please consult your phyisician.

We understand that it may be tempting to use your Heatbae all of the time, we recommend taking regular usage breaks. We also recommend wearing your Heatbae over at least one item of clothing to prevent overheating.

Do not use Heatbae while going to sleep.

Do not use if you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, have any form of cervical tumour or gout, have any skin impairment, eczema, heart disease or cardiovascular disease.

- If you experience any form of contact dermatitis, sensitivity or allergic reaction to your Heatbae, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. 

- Do not use if you have previously had any form of negative reaction to a heat pack, hot water bottle or heat patch.

- Do not sleep while wearing your Heatbae and ensure that you take regular breaks in between usage.

- Do not lay on top of your heatbae or apply unnecessary pressure to it. 

- Do not expose your Heatbae to any other source of heat, flame or corrosives.

As Heatbae is not a medicated product, in most circumstances, you won't have to consult your GP before using it.

However, you may wish to consult your GP if you have experienced any of the following:

- Recent surgery

- Sensitive skin, past skin conditions or allergic reactions

If you use Heatbae and experience any form of adverse reaction (such as itchiness, rash, hives), or any typical display of allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult your GP.

Allergy information: Heatbae has a velvet material on the underside of the product. If you have experienced sensitivity to this in the past, do not use Heatbae.

Battery information: Heatbae's battery is made of lithium and will react negatively if over exposed to heat, any source of flame, corrosive material or water. If any of these interactions occur and cause a negative effect, discontinue usage and consult your GP immediately.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via Auspost but recommend to use personal or business addresses. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. If you have an error in your delivery address, it will cause significant delays. These orders are non-refundable.Once your order has been fulfilled, it's no longer possible to change the shipping address, please double check your address before placing your order.For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Heatbae to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Heatbae may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods, provided it is necessary.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take 2 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 2 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. Pre-Order/ Out Of Stock

If your order includes any pre-order items, we will ship your entire order once stock has arrived. You will find most estimated restock dates in the product title or description upon purchasing. Once stock has arrived, your order will be prioritised to ship out the next day as your chosen shipping speed.

Returns & Exchanges

Heatbae will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging with outer plastic seal intact and new condition within 7 DAYS of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds to any used or opened products for sanitary and safety reasons. Please do not break the platic seal if you wish to return.

Refunds may be granted for faulty or damaged products. Please choose carefully as there is no refunds due to change of mind.
